Heritage Day and History Harvest: Sunday 1st September at Clifton House

Come along to Clifton House to share your memories, stories, photograph’s and artifacts of North Belfast across the ages.

On Sunday 1st September, the North Belfast Heritage Cluster will be hosting its first ever History Harvest as part of Heritage Day at Clifton House. We are looking forward to welcoming you to this unique, free, festival style event where there will be music, food, tours, heritage skills demonstrations, tours of Clifton House and lots of activities for everyone to enjoy.

We want to grow our community archive that charts proud and prominent histories of North Belfast. Members of the North Belfast Heritage Cluster are looking for people with connections to their buildings and organisations to come and share their memories. There will be professional story tellers there on the day to help with reminiscence as well as representatives of the Cluster who will be able to share their histories and stories with you. Please feel free to bring pictures and artifacts with you so that we can capture our unique past to make sure it isn’t lost to the future generations.
