As part of European Heritage Open Day, the Great Place North Belfast project will again run their popular walking tour. This tour will showcase the unique heritage of inner north Belfast and tell the stories about the hidden histories behind the various buildings.  Starting at St Anne’s Cathedral and finishing at St Malachy’s College, you will pass some of the most historically valuable buildings in Northern Ireland, while also gaining an insight into the Great Place North Belfast project.

Funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and Belfast Charitable Society, the Great Place North Belfast project helps to raise awareness of historic buildings and sites stretching for one mile along Donegall Street, Clifton Street, the Crumlin Road and part of the Antrim Road.
